Gerald E. Skillings has 28 years of experience acting as legal counsel to numerous Canadian corporations and their principals, as well as to a number of U.S. corporations having business interests in Canada. His practice has involved providing legal advice in connection with the various aspects of corporate and commercial law, including general corporate work, commercial and industrial real estate and income tax and estate planning matters.  Gerald has extensive experience in transactional work including mergers and acquisitions, sales of business interests, secured financing for both borrowers and lenders including banks and other financial institutions. Gerald has been a sessional instructor in the corporate/commercial law section for the Bar Admission courses at the University of Windsor Law School, and is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation.
