Mr. Seguin joined the firm in May, 2005.  Prior to his call in 2002, he received an Honours B.A. in 1996, his law degree in 2001 and a Masters Degree in Business Administration in 2002, all from the University of Windsor.  Barton has developed a diversified business law advising clients on corporate, commercial and insolvency issues.  He also advises individuals on estate planning and administration matters.
