Mr. Marcotte has practised with the firm since his call to the bar in 1999 and was admitted into the partnership January 1, 2007.  He stood first and was awarded the Board of Governors Medal in his second year at the University of Windsor and also ranked first among 1997 graduates of the LL.B/J.D. program at the University of Detroit Mercy.  He earned his M.B.A. degree from the University of Windsor in 1994. 

Mr. Marcotte practices Business Law and represents clients with respect to incorporations, financing transactions, business purchase and sales and various business agreement negotiations.  Mr. Marcotte also practices Real Estate Law and represents clients on commercial leasing matters as well as commercial and residential real estate purchase and sale transactions.
